Tidied the Rothmans boot of all the crap I accumulated in the wheel well and side wells... Amazing what you can fit in there! Also re-tensioned the alternator belt with the help of my longest pry-bar and wife

I can now have all the lights on with rad fan and no squeal :woohoo:
Carried on with the plate lift on the 944 callipers.... damn they're stubborn :bang:
This one was properly siezed.... Took various hammers and pry bars the tease the pad out but by bit... a major pita
Poking around a bit more and then driving her, she'll need a new NSF outer sill Asap... front bumper needs realigning, both doors 'drop' when opened, central locking doesn't work on the key, radio doesn't work, battery isn't charging, callipers need a full refurb, front ARB needs a refresh with new bushes on order. I know the rear window needs replacing but worst is the mayonnaise that is present in the oil filler tube. No combustion smells in the coolant so hoping its old news... It's not too long a list though on a 27 year old car.
On a plus side, I found two pristine tool rolls in the 944 along with an immaculate Porsche compressor.... Almost, well not really, makes up for the other problems being discovered!
At the of it, the triplets do look good together
