Hagerty are worth a try, they can do some very good deals & I think our illustrious Chairman has his Pork fleet with them.

Hi there

Are you using A-Plan for yours? I've used them before and they were OK - thanks for the reminder - will ring 'em tomorow.

Cheers

Hagerty are brilliant................as long as you can satisfy them you are using a different car as your daily drive

Hi Sam

That's OK - we have three other cars on the driveway! :D I'm sure I can pursuade them that the Porsche is not going to do more than 10,000 miles a year. When you say they're "brilliant" are you talking about price? I just did a 'Meerkat' search and came up with insurance from £350 - £1250 PA. The first one that had the protected no claim was £980!! <eek!>

Cheers

hmm not sure about the 996, i am using them for the 993 and a landrover, but both of those they classify as "classics" with no no claims on the policies, but you will need to speak with them on a modern car lke yours

Thanks to all for recommedations etc. Managed to get it insured with PEART Insurance.

£622.75 including no claims protection - not bad at all considering what I've been quoted elsewhere!
£500 excess

Starts Friday..... <looks at watch> Is it Friday yet? <grumble>
