New users now need admin activation

Due to the ratio of new spammer accounts to genuine users being higher than I can be bothered with, I've thrown the switch to require admin activation of new user accounts.

Anyone having problems setting up a new account, please feel free to email me for assistance. Unless, of course, you are a spammer, in which case, please go and boil your head, fish face.

Yep , luvly slob grub , just now and then , corned beef fritters , beans & sausages , tinned spaghetti , fried cheese sandwich................three of those a week for a year , it would probably be your last
