Do you have an Image tab in you photo manager?

If you do click on resize and adjust the pixel size. Then save as a seperate file or you'll lose the clarity of the original pic.

Failing that email me the pic and I can do it this end and load it up for you.

Failing that download(free) Irfanview this has a utility called resize/resample. Download http://www.irfanview.com, open the program, using open pick a photo, then click image on the top taskbar, choose resize/resample and a page comes up giving different sizes, Choose the size you require
Hope this helps
