Does anyone know anywhere selling refurbished calipers?

I’m trying to hunt down some refurbished S2 or Turbo 4 pot brembos (I only need the rears as I’ve got some new ones for the front). I know some good places to get mine refurbished, but to save the turnaround time, I was trying to hunt down some ready to go ones and get the job done in a day.

Does anyone sell refurbished ones and maybe return mine as cores? I’ve had a good hunt around but not come up with anything!

I also can’t find new calipers online anywhere (although not phoned Porsche yet as I was hoping to find refurbished ones)
