About to replace my door glass...

Well, yesterday my wife broke a window in our 2004 911. And I plan getting a new window off ebay or some other store and installing it by myself. And I wanted to ask those of you folks who happened to do this by yourselves to share your experience... I mean, I will get the instruction online, that's not a big deal. Yet maybe there is something special I should know about the repair, some tips and tricks, special tools, something .... Any friendly advice is appreciated!

Okay, so I already saved an instruction for the glass install, and even ordered a new door glass (https://www.carid.com/replacement-door-glass/), so now hope to get it undamaged. LOL
We'll see how it goes, as I still hardly imagine myself disassembling the door panel.
