HPI check with vin number only

Just wondering if there are any traders on here who can do a hpi check for me with just a vin number. Please pm me if you can. The car I'm looking at buying is in the UK, but has Eire plates. It used to be a UK car, but the current owner doesn't know the old UK reg number. Apparently hpi trade account holders can do checks with just vin numbers, but not us mere mortals.
