We'd been a bit hesitant of using an OPC for our little old 996 - typecasting them as expensive and worried we "wouldn't fit in" amongst the newer models and pampered weekend cars !
How wrong we were and several small jobs later ( a new tyre valve and a few light bulbs !) we worked out we had probably consumed more in coffee, coke and pastries than the small bill we were presented with !
It was lovely to catch up with so many other members and the technicians didn't seem to mind how many "daft" questions we asked. In fact they were so friendly that Jim was able to utilise a spare bit of floor space in the workshop to help another member to repair her "Brian's" broken central locking plastic bit (I'm sure the part has a proper technical name - sorry !) - action shots below !
