2k miles in last 16 months..... Sell or not sell?

Hi,

I've had my car for around 16 months and only covered around 2k miles.. It is a 3rd car and hardly gets used which is a shame..

I would love to buy a knackered a pre '89 911 and restore it at home... Before they go way beyond my price range...

My dilemma is do I sell the 996 or not? It does bring a smile to my face every time I drive it, I just don't do enough miles in it.. Most of my weekly journeys are less than 10 miles so it's not worth getting the car out for that.. It wouldn't have time to warm up properly.. It's been used a few times to go to various TIPEC events which have always been enjoyable..

Is a low mileage early 996 ever going to be worth anything? 1998, Zenith blue, GT3 kit, 50k miles,.... LSD, DTC, Grey leather...

Sell one of the others and use the 996 more.

used to use my 993 all the time even for short journeys.
ended up selling the car I had for the short trips as it went mouldy

I cant see the point of not using the one that makes you smile, even for those short trips to the supermarket
