Estimate of 911 'for restoration' values

Post by sjwright944 »

Hi everyone,
I might have the chance of buying some project 911s with a mate, and I need to get an idea of values. I have so far only seen photos, but they are basically unfinished projects with no information of what may or may not have already been done, so for the sake of valuations at this point, I would treat them as ‘for restoration’.
Car 1 is a LHD 964 Carrera 4 Coupe, bumpers, sill covers, headlights and wheel arch liners appear to be missing but otherwise looks complete.
Car 2 is a 1993 LHD 964 Cabriolet, as far as I know, complete.
Car 3 is either an SC or a 3.2 Carrera RHD Cabriolet, engine, transmission, bumpers, seats and carpets missing.
All of the missing parts may be obtainable but for initial valuation I am going to assume they are missing for good.
There is another Coupe but I don’t know the details of this one yet but I think it might be mid 70s.
Although we are not dealers, we would be selling these cars on as projects, so would need to make a small profit.
Would be grateful of any idea of valuations.

To have any idea of value you will need to give us high res pics and a lot more info than that, otherwise , if I was paying on the info you have given, a couple of grand each :dontknow: and you could still end up out of pocket at those prices.
