Who wants a Silvertone Classic 911 Parade Lap Track Pass?

Post by village eejit »

Got my pass and paperwork for the 911 parade lap on Sunday at the Silverstone Classic, but it turns out the car won't be insured.

If anyone can use it, pm me your details.

The insurance thing has been blown out of proportion...!
As some made the comment, there's more chance having a crash on the queue of the M25 than being part of a parade lap.

A chance to be part of history and all the owners go on about is the Insurance, goodness knows how the BMW and Ferrari people even survived over the last few years!!- that's right they did it and no one died! or even crashed... :?

I'm with you on this Gary, can't see what all the fuss is about but having said that I suppose I could not be described as risk averse :D

Paul, totally right
Say the worst happens and someone slowly bumps into you on the parade lap- we'd both agree the world is full of idiots and accidents do happen
You have a bumped motor... that's it...

On the other hand you're part of a world record... :salute:
