Hi Sean, nice to see you at Silverstone & the weather managed to stay nice & dry, enough that you had got your 40 winks in your classy expensive deck chair lol, hope the roof has settled itself down now.
Just wondered is there no more shows to attend till Nov?? Big chunk of summer is missing.
I'm off to Cranleigh Classic show near end of august which was great last year.

I enjoyed my 40 winks, absolutely knackered after an 18 hour day on Friday and an early start on Saturday.

There is the Southern Region BBQ in the New Forest on the 7th August, Haley and I will be attending.

Where is the car show you are on about? Should we be attending as a region.

This is the page for the Cranleigh Show, (Near Guildford / Horsham)

I think the South East Region are going as their major showing of the year. Might be worth contacting Derek Flanagan to confirm. There was talk about it at the last club night I made it to.

The website says for cars pre-1991  I know I have the Speedster, but it still needs a service.

This is the email from erek Flanagan

"I have arranged for all TIPEC members attending the Cranleigh and/or Capel Classic Car shows to have a reserved group parking area.

Capel Classic car & Bike Show – Saturday 20th August – The marshals will direct you to the area reserved for TIPEC members which should be marked up accordingly.

Cranleigh Car Show & Autojumble – Sunday 21st August - When you approach the classic car entrance at the top of the showground, use the left hand lane (which may be marked BB ticket holders), which is for clubs. This avoids a demolition derby the other side of the gate as car attempt to go in the correct direction!"

Don't think Cranleigh are too officious about car ages.
