Great work, will be as new once finished!!
I am having to resist getting carried away with cleaning/replacing, etc whenever I do a little job. It's too easy to say I'll replace this, that and the other while something is off, but as I use my 944 daily I can't afford to have it off road for too long at any one time.
I'm probably going to buy a run around so I can recitfy that though!

car's gone to paint so decided to rebuild this
stripped it down the foam is starting to fall apart so ordered new from opc and I'll make new flaps
Quite dirty but not as bad as I thought considering 25 years

Looks good. It's fun getting the nuts off the bolts inside at the top of the passenger footwell, isn't it?
It also seems to be suspended in mid-air!

Once again, nice work

After getting caught using the dishwasher to clean several bits I now have my own dishwasher in the garage.

Did you manage to find neoprene with an adhesive backing? I sort of repaired mine with strips of draught excluder but might replace them with the same as you before I put the dash back in.

it is available but the adhesive is only rated to 65 deg, so I purchased the Non Adhesive backing and glued into place,
However is is clamped between the two surfaces so even if the adhesive failed it will still be Ok

Thanks Ken, I didn't check what temp the glue is good for on mine so think I'll be replacing it all with something similar
