The 9th digit of the VIN number gives the model year according to the code

K=89
L=90
M=91

It will start off something like WPOZZZ94ZKN4 for a 1989 car where the "K" indicates the model year.

If your car is model year 91 then it would likely have come with a bridge spoiler as standard.

Serial number based guesstimate of from their certificate of authenticity. The following years model year starts when the factory returns from its Summer shutdown in September.

my 91 build has satin black hockey sticks and panther black spoiler.
the Porsche parts list shows 2 versions - one std ( suppose colour matched to car and the other in rally black.That is for spoiler and hockey sticks.

Yes I would say so but on mine the hockey sticks are a little shinier but maybe just use of door handles has dulled them over 21yrs and 178k miles ! and different material.
