Has it got an MPG gauge in the bottom half?

If it is a white one, it has white numbers on the rev counter, if it is a yellow one it just has yellow numbers (really bright yellow), I presume yours is white, otherwise you would know all about it lol

How much for rust and dent free 1984 front wings? :)

I can check what we have, I think the one on the lift right now has good front wings and is an 85 so the same as yours.

Dent's can be subjective, we can check they are dent free but with panels I often recommend you see them in person before buying and ideally collect in person, as it is a nightmare to be 100% sure there is no rust and no dents... we can check them, but do not want to fall foul of there being the tiniest bit of rust in a stone chip or a dent so shallow it will not show up until the panel is painted glossy black for example (the same wing when in another colour may not show any dents!)

We have 2 944 luxes currently coming apart to make space... a metalic blue one with what I remember as being straight wings, and a silver one which I remember as having straight wings other than seriously crazed paint.. But we also have numerous lux wings off the car.

Ideally come see, choose some wings and make an offer.

I'm picking up some parts from Jon on Thursday 14th Feb and will be traveling back up to North Hertfordshire. If anyone can't get to Jon and would like me to pick up some parts for them while I'm there please let me know. I can store parts in my garage for a few days but they'd need to be gone within a week (I'm supposed to be clearing it out :( )

PM me if you are interested.

OK, so the auto has had all the bits taken off that people have asked for, it is off to the crusher tomorrow. :(

If anyone wants a pre-86 automatic transmission for a 944 lux, the one from the 85 car that we have just broken up is available for £50, it has only done 85,000 miles and recently had a new sump gasket and internal filter replaced in it (about 100 miles ago from memory) A bit of a bargain if someone has an auto 944, even if just to keep as a spare!

Next cars to be broken will be another pre 86 lux 2.5, then an S2 3.0 and then possibly a 2.7 1989 lux. Sad, but it has to be done!

I probably have an alpine white bonnet, but the chances of it being mint as far as paint goes is slim, mint as in no dents though, then I probably have one.

The only other thing is, without polishing it, it will be hard to know if it is grand prix white or alpine white.

Hey Jim, your S2, are the front seats sports items?

And if not, would you like sports seats in classic grey.

No glove box lids with original clips at the moment. But I can keep my eyes peeled.

Already got sports seats thanks Jon. Shame about the glove box lid.

OK thanks, I've got a little dent near the front edge of the bonnet that a dent guy said couldn't be pushed out, seems like it's a £150-200 fill and blend job then :( .
