Spotted yesterday at the Kit Car 2008 show at Stoneleigh. The kit is made by Roy Kelly and costs about £6500. Apparently it can be fitted to either the 924 or 944.

looks pretty nice. Would be worth it if it's your thing (although not mine) and you maybe have a '24 or '44 that is a bit of a basket case ;)

Of course the 924/944 engine note is going to give the game up straight away :lol:

I'd like to see that kit next to a real one though, but I think the pics look pretty good

If I wanted a GTO would have to get a dino engined fiat. Would at least sound like a Ferrari. Until the engine went bang. If I had 6.5K to spend on a Lux it would have to go on a supercharger & engine rebuild. Maybe enough left to tidy the paint a bit & fix the brakes & suspention. :)
Can't see the point of these conversions. What ever it looks like it will drive & perform as the donar car. Reminds me of those awful Covin Beetles that look a bit like 911's.
