Looking at going this August. Have any of you been? Any thoughts on whether the VIP tickets are a good idea / worthwhile?

Hi Jon,

I'm going this year instead of Le Mans, we hear its really good. I will ask around about the VIP tickets, we have just got standard tickets. We are staying nearby at cockhen, looks nice, secure parking, hotel on the river.
