For sale is my 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo in guards red with contrasting black leather, a wonderful car in beautiful condition accompanied by a enormous history file.

I have personally traced the ownership of this car back to 1997, and spoken to all the owners for posterity.

The paintwork is in lovely condition having been resprayed several years ago, including the engine bay and door shuts. The condition of the interior can only be described as excellent, with no significant wear to the leather whatsoever.

The engine bay is immaculate. Every hose, clip, nut and bolt has been replaced or repainted.

The shell is totally rust free. Any inspection welcome in this regard. I have personally put a camera into the sill inspection hatches and they are bright red and rot free.

Wheels are Porsche Cup wheels, shod in fresh Pirelli P-Zero tyres. The car is completely standard other than the recent fitment of a Dansk exhaust which sounds fantastic.

The all important belts, pullies and water pump have all been changed recently, along with the turbo. The car starts, runs and drives beautifully having had a recent service.

Mileage is currently just over 89,000 and the car is MOT'd until October 2013, taxed till June 2013.

To support the fantastic condition of the car is an extensive and comprehensive service history, some of which is photographic. The documentation literally fills two A4 lever arch files.

In the interests of clarity, I am aware of the following items which would benefit from a refresh in the near future, however please note this does not detract from the enjoyment of the car as it currently stands, I'm just very particular.

Front dampers
Discs and pads

I'm selling this car rather unexpectedly due to a change in personal circumstances, regrettably I'm required to have something much more frugal and practical as my main car having recently changed employment and lost the use of a company car.

In all honesty I know it's underpriced, but it's what I paid for the car recently and it'd be unfair of me to try and make a margin on it.
