Like the garden work!

Mine had a new windscreen fitted.... luckily I had a quick look before paying my excess as he had cracked it. Twice. So another new screen will be put in next week!

The postman has also lost my clutch return spring so will have to order up another one. Oh well! At least I painted my other sill so they all match. They aren't pretty up close but are solid and rust free now!

topped up the oil..

though "ill give the throttle body a clean"

found a lot of oil resiue on the bottom of the the IC - TB hard boost pipe (TB end) turned out to be a loose hose clip

removed all the hoses, cleaned with thinners and put back

the difference is massive! feels like ive just put a bigger turbo on!

You load the end of the crank everytime you depress the clutch. This in turn wears out the thrust washers in the middle of the crankcase. I think you can get oversize ones to take up wear as well, usually best to replace them if you have done the mains and big ends. Worth checking.

Took our S2 into Promax to look at a hot starting problem.

All the their courtesy cars were out so Andy kindly lent me his car instead :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Very kind indeed! Perfect opportunity to compare the S2 with the Turbo. So you'll be wanting a Turbo next?
