East Surrey Water are first in again banning hose pipe use. Did manage to clean the S2 during the recent good weather, so will be okay for a little while. Need to try and find some forgotten relative in Kent or Sussex etc or non ban area - borrow use of their hose at some point.

Local supermarkets now only have a car wash services - some guys with buckets and dirty rags etc, so don't want to use them - or a car wash machine. Doesn't seem to be any places around now that just have DIY pressure washers.

Anyone else due to have similar issues...?

Never been a better time to holiday north of the border. I give you a random Scottish car park in the middle of nowhere, and it wasn't even a Porsche day out?

There is no such ban here, but in any case, I use four buckets.

1 - Hot water with shampoo
2 - Hot water, half full to rinse mit between applications
3 - Cold for rinsing
4 - Cold for rinsing (the other side!)

Try it, buckets are dead cheap and just fill all four up in one go.................

I'm actually quite amazed at how many Porsche's up there that regularly turn up for sale. Particularly the flow of 944's.... few on PH right now as well...
