 Post subject: Just got this from E Bay

I won this on Ebay a few days ago. 944 models are rare & I've never seen this one before!

Looks like a good find - havent seen that before and i occassionally used to check when i had a 44.

When I got my 944 my mate surprised me with a matchbox one, in red (the right colour to match mine!). That also came from fleabay. I overlook the fact that it says 'turbo' on it :oops:

I have got the black Corgi 944 model but no badge on the bonnet, got a yellow Matchbox with the badge and the white corgi 944 pretending to be the 968 police car along with a couple of red S2's

That's a nice model, but even though it says it's a 944 on the box, it isn't. It's a 924 Carrera G.T. Le mans.

i've had a 1:18 944 on order from Grand Prix legends for over 2 years. noticed they have just started advertising it again for pre-order. :roll:

something tells me i shalln't be getting it anytime soon

Yes GPL apparently have a reputation for that.
I have a 1/24 944 Turbo kit here to build up but as I've also a TR7 kit to do the same with & that isn't done yet & I've sold the car I cannot see it happening anytime soon!
