Hi there

Just thought I'd say Hi and show you my '91 S4 928 that i've just rescued from a storage yard after 4 yrs stood around!

It runs, drives and stops (at least around the yard in front of my company!), but thats as far as it goes until a full inspection and service/fluid change.

I'll keep you all informed on progress!!!!

Cheers

Hi and welcome. :hello2:

Car looks good and I'm sure it will give you joy to see it coming back to life.

Please, please, please change the cam belt first. The belt is a 4 year interval max, regardless of mileage. If it snaps!!!! Well, I won't go into how bad that would be for the car and your wallet just now. Water pump too while you're in there too? Loads of information to come about running the car, they are worth the effort and are great to drive. :D

Thanks for the welcome guys.

I'll look into that cambelt/water pump as soon as work starts on the 928.

I'm just on with an M3 Evo that i've put an engine in at the moment, but as soon as thats finished i'll be on with the Porsche.

Its time for 928 research before action at the moment!

Hey welcome from a fellow justjoinedist!!

Lovely S4 man!
As said, yep Cossie looking just as clean too.

Just the kind of workshop I like to be around.

Will the S4 be your daily eventually?
I'd be keeping that for weekends and shows.
What a beauty

Steve :)
