Congratulations to all involved on a very impressive display. I enjoyed seeing them all but particularly the very pretty 924S.

Now that the dust has settled I would like to thank everyone that helped out over the weekend. In no particular order:

Paul Webster - 924s
Derek Cashmore - 928 S4
Lindsay Brown - 911 Supersport
Colin Bate - 930 Turbo
Greg & Mandy Parton - Boxster
Brian Rowledge - 993 Targa
Grant Stain, Simon and Brett Evans - 944 S2 race car
Sean Smallman - Official support
Graham Plumb - Extra man support

Cars don't look this good without a great deal of preparation and it never ceases to amaze me how well presented the cars are every year. I can also say the company and banter over the weekend was great fun and kept me going :D - feet were still killing me on sunday night though :(

If you have a car that you think we should display in 2012 please drop me a line

Paul

Re: Unmarked Police bike !!

Post by SimonW »

Saw my first unmarked police bike today ! I didn't know they existed. I search before posting and see they were on this thread too.

J11 M25 this afternoon... A 15 minute queue after our side rubber-necked at a pair of bikes that had stopped a car. Unmarked at front, marked at rear. Probably I wasn't the only one who had found this unusual !!
