This car is a 'Le Mans' limited edition version of the Porsche 924s. It was one of the last of the model and as such was fitted with the 2.5L 165HP engine - identical engine to the 944 of that era. Only 117 Alpine white 'Le Mans' editions were manufactured of which 37 were shipped to the UK.

Unique to this model is the sports suspension pack with body colour coded wheels as well as the interior trim. The suspension is slightly lower than the standard "S" by 10mm at the front and 15mm at the rear, with stiffer springs and gas-filled shock absorbers all round. It has slightly thicker anti-roll bars front and rear. Telephone dial cast alloy 6J x 15 at the front and 7J x 15 at the rear. The car has a unique ‘Le Mans’ logo on the lower part of each door.

This car has had two former keepers from new (but the same driver as it was a company car). I have owned the car nearly five years. It has 123K genuine miles on the clock with every MOT available since 1995. The bodywork is in exceptional good condition and has been extensively rust proofed during the 5 years I have owned it. The car looks fantastic.

Interior: The interior is upholstered in a grey/ochre striped material and is in good condition. The dashboard does have some small cracks in it - as they all do to some extent. There is an electric tilt/removable sunroof fitted (standard) and all electrics work. The sunroof has it's original bag for storage in the boot.

The vehicle has an extensive service history. I have performed all servicing since I bought it. Cam belt and rollers replaced at 118K miles. The car has the original service book, original toolkit, spare wheel compressor and a JVC CD/Radio. The car is fitted with an immobilizer.
It has power steering.

It has an MOT thru to 25/8/2012. Tyres and exhaust system are good. The car is road legal and used quite frequently. It drives very well. Road tax is available at cost. Due to it's age it qualifies for classic car insurance which is very cost effective.
