hi,just signed up so thought i would take the time to ask where the best plce is to get a new power steering oil cooler from as mine as just started to weep,i think its rotten,car is a 944,2.5.1986 in zermatt silver,2 previous owners and full,up to date porsche history having last service and belts change in feb this year,nice looking car having only one repaint in 1999 by porsche dealer at nearly £4000,bought car of fleebay for a song...

Mine doesn't have one! It was removed by a previous owner presumably because it leaked & repaced by a length of HP hose & some jubilee clips. TBH I think it is only needed under extremes of temp & useage. Personally I'd either hose it or get a length of bundy bent to replace it.

hi jim,i was thinking about that very same idea today,can't really see any use for it only like you say under extreme conditions and considering i bought car 2 months ago and only used it once can't really see garage being extreme.
