Hi,

Just started off my search - looking at 911 997 or maybe a 996. Problem I'm having is the dealers won't let me test drive anything...
er so how do I know what model is right for me? - tried northways and rsj - perhaps I should have lied and said I was going to buy a specific
car? I appreicate they don't want tyre kickers but they did not even bother to ask me anything...

Any recommendations / suggestions?

Got about £30k and I'm in Surrey.

Join the club first & talk to the owners & go out in some. Then you will know what you want. It's a no brainer.

Thanks - I'll do that. in the end I managed to get a drive in two 997s (2004) - almost identical from Cridfords and Camtune. So now I know
I really need to buy one soon
