Porsche gone to a new home in Glasgow. :( New owner had a massive cheesy grin as he drove off. Said he bought it for the wife. Wonder if she will be allowed to drive it.
To those of you I've offended or upset with my caustic comments apologies.
To everyone good bye & happy Porsche-ing! And thanks for the advice & encouragement that kept me driving the thing long after I would have given up!
Mrs JJ is a bit worried as I keep looking at a beautiful 4.2 litre S type thats for sale for peanuts. Like what I got for my 944! It's a mad world. Or I may be sensible & get a shed again that does a zillion mpg & breaks every two minutes. Almost like the Porsche that went well but also broke every two minutes. Until I got it right & then sold it.
Insurance quotes are a laugh. For the S type £500. For a cheapo shed. £500.... They say they've gone up a lot. ???? Got be the jag then..

Same boat as you J.J. My '44 gone but not through choice and I'm looking at what to go for next, maybe Japanese, Skylines looking interesting, big tuning potential. At least you can cross off the "I've owned a Porsche" off your to do list. At least we wont have to explain spoiler conversions to anyone anymore  Happy hunting.

As long as you both hang around as your knowledge is appreciated.

Somebody said the other day that you don't need a Porsche to be on here.

Don't know how you managed to let watch it drive off? :( My wife says my 944 has to go and then she hid all the razor blades in the house.
