Its where I took my 928 1/4 mile record last year and its near to me and I like the track, even though its on an old airfield in the middle of Baker Barracks.

But at least its in the South so not far to travel ....

The event is run in aid of Help for Heroes so I always support it....

I will run on the Sunday only....

I may or may not get another record as my high speed stuff (wheels/diff) etc is still on the car , but I had the same on last year so you never know lol...a 12 would be nice... my record at the moment is 13.03 at 113 mph.

It would be good to see some other 928s there this year as only a couple 911s last year apart from me

For anyone who has not been its a nice relaxing family day out with various attractions...

208 mph, Man that is fast. You did that in the S2??

13 sec pass on the 1/4 mile is good. You need launch control or summit to get the power down for a quicker pass i reckon. =)

Yes in my Auto S2

I am running a lot more Nitrous than when you last saw the car.

The main problem with that record run was it was on concrete so no traction off the line, I had to dial in a 2 second delay into my Maxx controller to even move off the lights lol.

I should have a new version of the controller that should allow me to eliminate that delay this year, and if so then a 12 is probable and an 11 maybe just possible...
