Very nice 16v version of the rarer 944 2.5 - ventilier 16v 190 bhp £2750

Only 95,000 miles - backed up by a huge history folder bundles of receipts including all the old mot's dating back to 1991.

Very clean car with lots of service history, every MOT.

Black with cream linen/half leather interior.

Lovely clean black bodywork still has a good shine to it when washed.

In the last 10,000 miles its had various things done, all with receipts.

radiator
battery
tyres
Brakes – new pads and rear brake pipes
replaced bits of missing trims to bring it up to standard eg centre arm rest hinge.
New speakers fitted in place of tired originals along with new CD player

Now with new mot last week
6 months road tax just put on
Bodywork very nice and interior in perfect condition.

Everything works including elec sunroof, elec windows, digital clock works but LCD is going

This example still drives very well, I have previously had 944 turbo SE (x2), 968 Sport, 944 S2 3.0 and this old 944 S stands up very well in comparison still a pleasant and fun car to drive. Classic insurance is very cheap.

Drives very well with no noises from the diff or gearbox, engine is spot on no rattles from cold, nice precise handling.
It does not feel its age to drive or to sit in with a nice fresh well cared for interior. Bad bits passenger door handle sticks sometimes, couple of minor marks on the paintwork (looks like a faded water mark) and cambelt was last done only 15,000 miles ago but that was 6 years ago.

viewing Kingston surrey / SW London (just off A3)

Well you placed the advert, and I know it's an old car, however....

It does look nice and clean and somebody will buy it but your statement "Everything works".. really?

The digital clock has exactly the same problem as mine - and it is impossible to read what time it is day or night, so there's £75 (if you're lucky) to replace that. The rear luggage cover doesn't seem to be retracted like it should do. It looks like the front off-side corner has had a little shunt and the wing has been replaced or resprayed or the front bumper is damaged - the side-on view shows a strange light reflection, and I'm not referring to the white mark where the wing and bumper don't fit together correctly.

Almost everything works!

Yes you are correct the lcd is going on the clock but it's still readable, and the rear luggage cover is stuck fully open. Its also got its sunroof bag in the boot.

The wings are original and have NOT been damaged or replaced.
The shut line between the bumper and wing is slightly askew on the OSF from when someone bumped into it whilst it was parked in London - its not particularly noticable when looking at the car.

I've tried to descirbe it accurately by putting in lots of detail in the advert, its an old car and its not a lot of money (there are a few other 944 16v S advertised around £3,500, but they are higher mileage than my one which is quite low at 93k)
