its seems to be the result of at least 3 separate leaks t3rra ! the right light cluster had not been sealed properly after a previous paint job (b4 my ownership) . the drain pipe from the hatch locking pin catch was about 2 inches short and consequently wasn't connected and then there's perforation in the top of the fuel filler neck rubber (adjacent to the drain hole) which has been leaking onto the top of the wheel arch then running into the boot storage well . the drain pipe is now fixed after buying a length of the stuff from porsche (cost 80p and had to be ordered from germany - you couldn't even post it for that amount ) . the filler neck seems to have been successfully plugged with some silicone sealant and i'll have another go at the lights tomorrow (4th or 5th attempt ) if they are still leaking .

They were my 3 thoughts, but i Had the very same problem after my respary, don't use bathroom silcone, unless u can work in a dry place, can go quite heavy and clean up after, but with me, it rained twice after each time and ran all over the paint work, and created some some gaps. Lights no longer fill up but water can still get in, hardly much. Theres this clear window screen sealten sold in halfords should off used this, 15mins and it's cured.
