NEW PHOTO COPY OF 928 WORKSHOP REPAIR MANUAL ON E BAY @£220 + P&P ITEM NO 280627718090 .WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ONE MY SELF BUT NOT AT THAT PRICE . CAN ANY ONE HELP GOT TO CHANGE HEAD GASKET ON MY 928 S4.

Hmm the one shown on eBay may be original or may just be printout of downloaded manual. The real thing either 6 vol or 9 vol for later version. The wiring volume contains lovely coloured charts.

Am just dubious as one shown not in Porsche binders.

Was lucky enough to get a set for a steal on ebay.

I was thinking the same thing....

IF anyone is thinking of bidding on those ask if they are photocopies rather than originals and also ask where the red or grey binders are....

Sherlock here reckons copy because the lhs pages are blank in 2 folders in photo.

The risk (apart from missing or misordered pages) is that some pages may be poorly copied, and a copy just not worth that much.

The wiring pages aren't A4 anyway, but unfold

Well I asked the seller and he replied that it was a copy but "good copies". All mono so no colour wiring diagrams.

He added he was keeping the original "as a back up"

When I got my 9 volume set a few years ago, I thought there might be some money to be made in having them professionally copied...

So i figured out how many pages etc, including those big wiring diagrams in colour and it worked out without any binders at around £380 for a one off copy and around £330 if I had 10 done....so decided it wasnt worth the bother for the small profit I might make...

Due to the aforementioned impending change in my domestic circumstances, and the shortage of a 928 to need them for, I have a set of workshop manuals for sale. For some reason there are 8 in this set and they are in maroon binders where as most I've seen have been in grey, I was however assured by the person I purchased them from that they are genuine.

If anybody is interested I paid £185.00 for these and would like to see my money back on them although I will inc. p&p in this price which won't be cheap as they're quite heavy.

That is a REALLY good price (I paid double that for mine).... if nobody wants them I will take them as a spare set ( I already have the later grey binder set)

Let someone who needs a set buy them , or I will if no sale (which I doubt lol)
