Be great to get the side by side some day.
I started with a '88 924s and then i got an '82 944 lux. I loved that 944, gave me years of faultless driving and six points for going a little too fast on the m5.

Great looking cab you have, i've seen it before at the A6 Clapham r/bout last summer.. top down gorgeous in black, nearly got whiplash

appears to be a few up your way i know the guy at The Plough @ Bletsoe has a Blue 944 Lux and there was Silver TURBO G-plate that turned up to Thurleigh off the Sharnbrook A6 r/bot last week, just got the thumbs up as he passed quick turning across in front of me ....always make me smile and do a quick visual whenever i pass another 944 :lol:

....the wife thinks i'm nut ..start sayn "did you see it that? it was S2 with the turbo rear diffuser" blah blah yap yap....yes derrick i'll get the strait jack /therapy when we get home.

15.8651 - I just couldn't bring myself to drop the (original 106k) clutch at 4000 rpm :shock:

. I think that with a little less mechanical sympathy (or in someone elses car :twisted:

) I could probably get into the low 14's or maybe high 13's, even on brand new road tyres.

Hi tom complete stip back to bare metal , engine rebuild and re trimmed intrenal but not by me the guy who should have the credit is Martin Sergason who lives in york had it since 99 and as spent 100s of hours and thousands of pounds. Has for the GT3 Wheel there 18" not sure if any spacers.

not bad if you were driving with mechanical sympathy
