Hi, does anyone have any idea why the indicator in my 944 wont knock off when I turn left? No problems when I turn right, just left. Is this easy to resolve?

The unit can wear out. Sometimes it is the indicators, sometimes the wipers. I got a second hand one and it took me 10 minutes to fit. It is a vw part, so should be cheap. Let us know how you get on.

BTW Hi and welcome :hello2:

Yes - just drive like a woman... they don't use their indicators

do you know that is exactly what my S2 has done since I bought it 3 years ago

I drive for miles and miles indicating left . :D

I guess we are going to have to bite the bullet and replace the assembly eh !?

Oops just realised you're a new member . Welcome .

We'll have to compare notes on replacing the switch assembly. I'm hoping Lee can tell us which VW part it is

As it's a Porsche, I guess to fix it, you start by taking the gearbox off....
