Looks like a good drift spot!

Your not wrong, both drifting and launching. Although, I quote like my tyres and clutch.
Its an excellent place to hoon around.

This is a 1.1 mile straight - which is a private road owned by the MOD (who don't own RAF Wroughton any more.....)

 Dribble... Wroughton you say?

Oh don't you worry I'm busy enjoying it! Brilliant car, little different from the Elise I used to have but so much better in different ways.

What can I say, you've got great taste. I just hope you've got deep pockets too!

It was a wise move not to buy a red one because they're supposed to be a lot slower
according to a lot of people on this forum. Something to do with heavy paint I guess.

Heavyer paint?

It's all the lip stick used 2 thouch up.

Red is much quicker 2 wash then black if that counts.

I know that feel when you first change from something like an Elise to a Porsche, it feels a bit soft round the edges but you'll soon learn the communication to the road and the ability to carry speed (with a slight adjustment to driving style) is just as good. The weight is compensated for by its engineering and the refinement of its handling. Take it down a typical potholed and broken b-road and you'll see. Plus you get the added reliability, versatility and feeling of quality which cannot be measured.
