 Post subject: Urgent problem solved.

Iv found the reason 4 my complete water lost. The small hose that joins the pump 2 the heater returen valve b4 the hard line was split, looks like it was cught during the oil filter removal.

As it's one size one end and larger the other will just replace then try and fix. Anyone no the name 4 this hose?

And download the parts manual for your car. Find the right page on the PDF and look at the exploded diagram on the left, on the right you will find the part number for the hose. Most guys use the part number for ID instead of a name.

Price on http://www.design911.com is £5.79 (-VAT I believe) but the price of postage bumps that up pretty high so I'd give your local OPC a try.

If you have any issues getting hold of one quickly I may be able to remove the one from my dead S that I could post to you for temporary use. I think I've sent you my number before but if you don't have it drop me a PM and I'll send it over.

i used the porsche shop in the end 10 pound 4 part and 10 4 postage. as they said they would get it here tmw b4 1 pm.
try beryin but wasnt in stock. i cut the split off but it stll leack ast it was 30mm shorter. i pro could off bogged it 2 work but would rather not have 2 blead the system again, any tips on that one?
