Hi Guys

Just fitting a new CD head unit. Can anyone tell me if the black wire attached to the radio antenna coaxial is the wire to the amplifier and requires 12v.
The wiring diagram shows a red/black wire.

Thanks

Rich

Isn't that black wire the power antenna wire? If it isn't connected you get no reception.

my 1992 968 has a black wire there too iirc, rather than red/black.

Radio reception would be nice... I should probably open it up some day and add some new coax where it's been stretched and broken.

Yes it is, it needs wiring to the power aerial (Antenna) lead.

They are Recaro/Porsche Club Sport seats (Recaro Pole position i think) i have a set in my Turbo S mega comfy and really get hold of you also very light.
You have to climb in and out of them, they are great for any distance all the cushions just fix in with velcro and all the covers come off easily for washing including the main cover.
These seats are also fitted to the 964 RS usually with leather covers, the 968 seats as in Rich's car were body coloured the same as the car, mine were originally white, but a gloss black aerosol sorted that.
Jim.

Yeah I though so had my eye on a seat on eBay. But once they hit 500 pound mark I started 2 look else were. Didn't expect them 2 be comfortable but I knew they were light. (7kg)
