Does anyone like photoshop? I've started to teach myself how to do it and used my 911 as the the centre for all the work.

I did this one today:

I also did a variation of the cloud colours like this:

Took me a while to put together, but that's because Im a beginner. Anyone else here like photoshop?

Lovely subject matter!!

I'd like to get to know photoshop, but haven't had the time really. Must get on to it soon, it is a fantastic package and I've heard only one criticism - it's so advanced, it can get complicated, there are simpler packages out there but you forego functionality.

Let's see some more......

I love playing with Photoshop, but only on my mac. I don't like using most software on a pc, infact if it wasn't for work I wouldn't have a pc in the house!

Btw, I'm typing this on my iPhone.

Nice pictures Pete. I'm a massive fan of Photoshop. It took me absolutely f#*king ages to figure out what was going on but I got there eventually. I self taught myself how to use Photoshop so I'm only probably using a fraction of what it can actually do.

I do find it a useful tool if when you've taken a picture and the lighting isn't quite correct for instance. It allows you to alter the lighting and add or subtract additional colour. I do try my best to frame a decent picture in the first place though. It saves a lot of messing around later. I only really like to use Photoshop for enhancing pictures.

I've attached some pictures I took at MPH08 from the PCGB stand. They had a F1 Footwork powered Porsche on display previously driven by Michele Alboreto. I used the package to cut out all the surrounding display cars on one picture. On the others, I've highlighted what I feel are the more important aspects of the car and turned the background to black and white.

Enjoy the pictures.

Nice work Ben. I like the way the colour emphasises the pictures. Like you I love photoshop, but its a very technical package to use.

Cheers Pete. I think those pictures I posted are pretty average compared to what I can do now. I've got some great pictures of a BMW Sauber F1 Car from Pit Lane Park when it was at Trafford Centre in Manchester not so long back.

Awesome day out and it cost nowt - appeals to every Yorkshire man. I'll have a route around and see if there's any worth posting. I'd give anything to be able to photograph Ferrari on a Grand Prix weekend. I'm talking full on garage access though.

I think those pics look good.......

Please post them if you can find them. I'm always keen to see what can be done and hopefully learn something too.

You and me both on the ferrari access

Ok. Here's the F1 BMW Sauber pictures I took from Pit Lane Park event.

Again, it's not my best work as it's from a couple of years ago. Enjoy.

Hi Ben - I like the one with the blurred background. Really brings out the car properly. Nice work.

Pretty - is that an HDR shot? Only ask because of the glow around the car.

I love PS, use it every day for work - and every day is a learning curve.

I've only just got my motor and the weather is awful, but I'll post some pics when (if) it improves a bit.
