Here she is guys, finally got some pictures together.

Like the title says she is a work in progress and needs a bit of TLC. New radiator on the way, trying to source an original air box for her and of course a deep clean and polish.

Sorry for the poor quality pics they were taken on my phone will post more once she's up and running and clean.

Cheers Craig

Nice, looks in better condition than my WIP 944. How old is it and roughly how long do you reckon it'll take to get it back on the road?

Car looks very good. 8) :thumbright: Is that fog lights on the front spoiler? I have a 1983 and there is no sign of those lights. Someone will be along in a moment to tell us what after market spoiler you have there. Great find and I'm sure you'll feel alot better once it is on the road. :thumbright:

Thanks guys,

Yes lee they are fog lights. They look kind of original by the wiring and switches that have been fitted but cant be sure. She's a 1985 model registered in 1986.

I bought her as a non runner with no history. Not to blow my own trumpet but I had her going within 20 mins of diagnostic work. I'm just waiting on a radiator coming and then once shes running properly i think she needs a clutch so will tackle that next.

Cheers Craig

My 83 car originally had the same fog lights as yours (wiring is still there as is the switch) but due to a bit of a knock in the past the front spoiler and bumper were replaced (a bit badly) and the fog lights are now gone. It's a bit less weight to lug around so I'm not too fussed :)

As with everything, the fogs are a factory upgrade, think they come as standard on the S line, that lower slotted vallance was also a factory upgrade with box side sills/skirts but there's plenty off after market Copys. What same dash did u get ?

Clutch would be why it was sold. Over 1K most places but DIY not so bad. Big job non the less. Looks quite respectable. Think it will buffty up well.
