When I had 15 in Teles on my 86 S, I ran on what the manual said, which I think was 28 front and 32 back. One thing I will say is that the car ran smoother on 15in Teles with balloon tyres (185/65/15 Dunlop Fast response) than it does on D90's (205/55 front and 225/50 rear).

D90's look better though

Regards

Oil I run a very high spec 15/50W Mineral SL spec & find in fine in the various 944 engines I'm involved in. Change every year or 6K whichever is sooner. SL spec is vastly better than what was around when it was new.
Other options are 10/40W & possibly semi synth. Depends on wear in the engine, 10/40 maybe a bit thin in some of the higher mileage stuff. And with 6K changes even semi synth is wasted. I'd only run fully synth in a turbo or tracked car.
Plugs personal foible here but I only ever run NGK plugs, never Beru or Bosch. BP6RE or BP6RES are fine for all the n/a 944's including I think S2s

Never run 15" wheels so not a clue on tyre pressures.
