Well done Brett,thats real good news! I just paid Help For Heroes and with Gift Aid they get an extra £28 ! :D I guess the car will need a bit of a rest before the 200mph blast? :lol: Cheers

Yes it will at least all need resetting and it will take a while to finish my testing at high speed, on that record run I was using a fraction over 10% of my Nitrous power...lol

Hi Lee :)

It should be at ELVINGTON or BRUNTINGTHORPE , but both seem to have a problem with my noise levels...120 to 130 db + , although there are a couple of other options I will have to consider when I am ready (Autobahn etc)

Congratulations on the record, I'm sure that there'll be a lot of people interested in watching when you go for your top speed run.

Just a cautionary note about the Autobahn - I was in Germany in May and I was surprised by how bad the surface was in places (sometimes worse than our own motorways :( ) and it's also very busy; you'd have to be very careful about choosing the time and place if you were hoping to do your run on one of them.

Hi :)

When I was considering the Autobahn a while ago, there was an offer from a guy who owned a supercharged 928 to come and run interference for me...around 2 to 3 miles ahead of me with walkie talkies etc... the problem being the speed I would be traveling he wouldn't be ahead for long :(
