Belgiums Ok for a weekend visit, a gang of us went over in 2006 and had a good time.

well if you are going, go soon, linguistic wars threaten the very existence of the artificially created little state. Mind you if it does go we have Kosovo(a) to replace on the list of "really dull places I must avoid visiting if at all possible".
