Really want to go next year... I've been a fan for 17 years, I think it's about time I popped my Le Mans cherry.

I'm watching all 24hrs as we speak. I haven't slept in over 24hrs. I'm really quite into it, you might say.

Got back earlier today after a great weekend.

Perfect campsite at Porsche Curves - showers & toilets, bar, large TV (football & motor racing) and breakfast available at reasonable cost. Secure site with manned gate all weekend to ensure authorised access only which makes leaving stuff around your pitch a lot more comfortable. Lots of decent folk on the site :D
Easy run into Arnage and well placed for "Le Petit Train" that allows you to hop around to different parts of the circuit.

Put this one in your diaries now ready for next year - remember there is no Classic event in 2011 so you need to come to the 24 with the club next year or you have a 2 year wait :(

Paul :D

The French seem to know how to organise the weather for the TV..!
After the major rain on Friday night the weather was superb for the race!!

I never got into the TIPEC site- so good security and I had no ones telephone numbers :(

I went to a different site this years that had its pros and cons, however the thing I found the most impressive is the viewing on the inside of the Porsche curves!! wow!! I've done the exterior for a few years but the interior really does change the whole thing!!
If you go again, do take the time to go infield, its spectacular!! :o

I had a great road trip and had no hassle from Les Fliks, the only problem being the rain stopping play at points

A few shots from me...
Early morning

A few happy Germans (the french are only smiling on the outside!!)
