I never knew how good scale models could look of our favourite car manufacturer. Take a look at these. Some look quite real:

Porsche 1:18 Scaled Models

It must take alot of effort to put those shots together. My camera skills are aweful, so its beyond me :(

Yup some really good 1/18 stuff around. My collection goes beyond Pork but I have Cayman, 996 C2, 917 & Boxster. The Cayman is Guards Red & is scheduled for a respray in white at some point which will of course will make it faster. If I really get enthusiastic I'll swap the C2 wheels onto it.

I'd never really come accross these models before. I have to say they look great. The detail looks awesome. Are they very expensive?

Have a look through fleabay, mine have varied from £20ish through to £80 but the latter was for a Pink Pig 917 which are like rocking 'orse poo in 1/18. I'm just about to disappear off on business but I'll take some pics when I get back & post up.
Plenty around the £50 mark.

I have been looking at buying one these 1/18 models but was after something specific and seeing this post, wondered if someone may be able to point me in the right direction so here are a couple of questions:

- I am looking for a silver 996 Turbo, I saw the red one in the link but are there any silver ones ?
- Which model manufacturer is the best for accuracy and detail ?
