Hi :)

Lol, this is the second Porscheshop thread I have read in two days..the other on Rennlist is about them ripping people off and not sending stuff etc, its called "Beware of Porscheshop UK" >> http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/9 ... op-uk.html

I have NO idea why Tipec have anything to do with them.....

All the best Brett :)

I'm afraid I don't pay any attention to negative comments about traders on forums as they never give both sides of the story.

Hi Paul :)

I see your point but when you see the same stuff about PS on lots of forums..PH, Rennlist, Tipec, PCGB...etc it tells me not to ever use them....

OR...when you are there on Saturday ask them to read that Rennlist thread and explain themselves..or even better get them to refund all those people they are ignoring...then see what their attitude is....

All the best Brett :)

Porscheshop has responded to the complaint on that Rennlist thread.

I don't need to - if the comment in the Rennlist thread was indicative of how Porscheshop conducted business they would have been bust a long time ago. The fact that they are successful and long established means they must generally have happy customers or they would not have survived. I would add I speak as a customer that has used them to service my 928 since 2004 and the 944 since 2007 and supply parts for both without any problem or complaint on my part. I would not stick with them if the customer service was poor.

What a pleasant way to spend a sunny saturday morning! All at Porscheshop very welcoming and helpful, another two new local 928 owners rolled up (Paul & Mark), and a boon for me to have the 928 on a ramp and check out a couple of items in comfort and with advice from pro mechanic. Thanks to Porscheshop for putting event on.

Totally agree with Adrian - always a pleasure to be out in the sunshine talking Porsche and many thanks to the team at Porscheshop for hosting the event. Apart from the "regulars" there were a few new faces there, one of whom has already joined the club, so welcome to Paul Monk, hope to see a lot of you and the 928 and Central meets.
