After keeping it stock for seceral years, I decided to begin upgrading my 1986 951 to my personal preferences. I think I may have finally finsihed (famous last words I know:)). I was curious as to what else you guys would improve on, change or otherwise add to this build. Thanks in advance for any insight, thoughts or opinions. Here is the list:

As paul says a 3 litre block is about all thats left, maybe a set of KW's. I notice you don't list an intercooler upgrade or a strut brace but I'm assuming you just missed then out. It looks like you want it as a road car, personally I'd look at loosing a bit of weight, polycarb hatch, fibreglass seats etc.

Nice list of mods.

LSD & a gearbox rebuild to cope with the power? Looks like a lot of fun.
