just thought are check my codes see what they came up with. basicly my interor is cream carpit with cream leather seats but black dash top and bottom, center console and door cards. have my seats been swaped out at some point? iv also got the ten speacker upgrade package, had fog light in the na bumper and when i brought it it was advertised with slip diff and addjustable koni shocks? optional equipemnt (6) area is blank.

Post up the 3 digit option numbers off the sticker on the inside back panel, just above the boot lock & I'll translate from my lists.

Nope open the hatch & pull the carpet away from the back panel, there should be sticker with chassis & paint code & all the option codes.

Yeah I checked a few months back, there were some. Were get back 2 that one ones iv got it back.

What about the interour? Iv only found pics of White leather seats and carpet with White door cards and lower dash.

There may be a page in the owners manual near the back (first page after page saying maintainance record). This should have a sticker the same as the one in the boot (top right of page) and should have the chassis number, model number, engine and transmission codes, paint and interior codes and optional equipment codes at the bottom of the sticker.

I am only guessing as this is what I have in my 924 manual, 944 possibly the same?
But if the dash is black, I would have expected a full back interior, so the seats and carpet may have been swapped in the past.

on my 944S the dash top is black, the lower dash is linen along with the seats, centre armrest and doorcards, if this helps at all

Iv put up all the info from sticker in the owners manual. There's no extra codes. Maybe I didn't have any. Iv got the ten speacker upgrade. So there's some optional equitement. What Im trying to work out is if the door cards with extra speackers, the carpet under the speacker grill is black.( this is a cubbly hole on normal none upgrade speacker package) also the speacker are higher up by the electric window swicths. or the seats have been swaped. Like I said iv only found line seats 2 have macthing door cards and lower dash.

R put a pic up when I can, I'm thinking of refurb/ redye in the seats, was temped 2 do doorcards and lower dash, leave center concolse and door arm rest, and handles.

I'm also toying with the idea of delete the rear seats and replace the front with light weight sport seats, only thing is getting a macth 4 the carpet, been a cream shade, the rear delete bit will look a differnt shade. But this would make it a lot Easyer 2 fit my bike ( bmx ) in the rear of the car. It fits now with the front wheel of but I'm worried the Hande bars will rub/ rip the roof lining and top of rear seats, with the top part gone the bars would lye in to the over hand( lower space created )


also iv got a small rip in the drivers bolster, which i was gona repire with the leather kit, i was wondering is it possable 2 swap the top half of the seats betwwen the passanger and driver? as the drivers leather is clearly more in use and worn then the passangers?

well iv delted the lamp washer and side moulding. so the speacker package was orignal, so with the lower carpet speacker surounds black, im guessing the orignal interour was black. door card and lower dash is also orignal. seats been swaped? dyed?

anyone else got black leather with white/cream carpet?

has anyone dyed, or know what black door cards dyed cream/white with door handles, arm rests, cubby hole and top part of door card that line up with the top part off dash( bit with the electric swhiches) left black?

ok these are the same door cards and speacker upgrade that i have in black, with my white/cream seats and carpet, thinking of dye the main center the same coulor as my seats what you think?

My lists don't recognise any of those. C71 looks like a country code but there isn't a 71!

As Jim says - there isnt a C71. C17 I could answer.....
