I find F1 mega boring these days but in a bid to make it interesting, I've set up a TIPEC F1 challenge.

It’s just a bit of fun but if you do really well there are some prizes to be won. It’s free to enter and, of course, there are lots of bragging rights on offer if you do well. But given that the season started this weekend, time is running out if you want to join in and see if you have what it takes to beat me in what is shaping up to be one of the most interesting and unpredictable F1 seasons ever!
If you would like to join the TIPEC F1 league this year you will need to register ASAP, so you will need to be quick! However, as with last year, the first two races (Bahrain and Australia) are practice races and points won in these two races will not count towards your overall season result, so even if you miss the deadline there is still time to join in and start accumulating points.
You can join the ProFantasy Formula 1 game at http://www.profantasyf1.com - Go to the game (at http://www.profantasyf1.com/?page=register), pick your team then use the ‘mini league admin' option to join the TIPEC F1 league.

The details you need are:
League Name: TIPEC F1
League password: Gaydon

Remember, this is just a bit of fun, it's not hard and it doesn't cost anything – plus there are some pretty decent prizes to win, so unless you're afraid of getting beaten (again) I'm looking forward to seeing you join the TIPEC Fantasy F1 league soon!

'I find F1 mega boring these days' - unfortunately everybody on the planet did yesterday.

'....what is shaping up to be one of the most interesting and unpredictable F1 seasons ever!' - we'll be lucky, although nobody could have predicted the disaster that was yesterday's race. I'm an F1 fan, but have to say that I've never seen so much garbage as yesterday's race - in fact I turned it off before the end as it was such a procession.

However I'll join in your fantasy game Jim  , it's got to be more interesting than the real thing.

I snoozed through the middle half of it and woke up fully with about 10 laps to go. I wish they would stop meddling with the rules, it was actually pretty interesting for the past two years. Getting rid of fuel stops is just silly

I had a little smile re the F1. I watched the rugby in the village pub as I do and thoroughly enjoy it normally ( Saturday wasnt good though) , one of my fellow drinkers who is a very nice chap but had had 'quite a few' was telling me that I was talking rubbish and that this years rules were going to make F1 'Even better' than ever before. I disagreed politely ( and I was still sober at this point) but he strongly was having none of it. Now he wont mind me telling you that he probably wont even remember the conversation BUT. On Sunday I popped in lunchtime with the family and I meet my earlier drinking companion. " Did you watch the F1 " he asks me making polite conversation. "I watched a tiny bit" I said. He replied , " me too wasnt it rubbish , they've totally ruined it ". I thought it was mildly funny :)

Regards Mas

Ex formula 1 fan.

I'm a big F1 fan. I just missed out on meeting Lewis at the Diageo plant in Glasgow last year. :( I was working for Diageo at the time and was in line for some tickets to Silverstone, then I moved jobs. But now working for RBS, so I want tickets for the Williams pit @ Silverstone. :D I would crawl in my hands and knees through broken glass for a mile, just to see an F1 car.

Glad to see some new teams this year, I like them all. I just don't like 1 team, who I think try and own the sport. All rules get changed to help them, because they say they are the reason everyone watches. Too big for their boots I think. Any way I've joined. Hope Jim lets me in after saying that. I think I'll win

What a team you've picked Jim, I wish I had put more thouhgt into it. Still I've got all year to change my tactics.

Where is everyone? I can only see me and you.

I looked at it, but decided they wanted too much personal information.

You don't need to add real info John! I didn't think it was too bad.

Dullest race ever yesterday, even the 8 car USA Grand Prix fiasco was more entertaining. What have they done? Hopefully it is just the settling in race and Oz will be more interesting, especially as we will have to get up early :(

The inside leg measurement was optional, I left it blank.

I've been back and logged on - using real info. When I got asked for my date of birth so soon in procedures I just thought that address, household income and so on would follow and I would be bombarded with junk mail. As it happens it doesn't. What it does do is put your age down as next birthday - ouch!
