Quick question guys: I’m about to order some brake fluid to do a full change on my 944 Turbo. How much do I need? 500ml or a litre? I’ve never ordered the fluid in myself before so I haven’t a clue.

Ta.

Clarks Garage says the following

"Brake fluid (1 liter or 1 quart for complete change)"

I should have known to check Clark’s Garage before asking. D’oh.

Thanks!

I'd get 3 x 1/2L & see how it goes, if you manage with 1L then the other will be sealed & can keep. I'd also bleed the clutch through at the same time as normally the fluid looks like brown windsor soup.
Also get a syringe & syphon out most of the crap from the reservoir so you don't pump it through the master cylinder seals & also NEVER pump the pedal full stroke as other wise the rubbers run on the bore of the cylinder they never normally do & it also knackers the seals, BTDTGTTS!

Jim,

Sounds very similar to one I use when things go wrong - BBBTSP! (Bugger Bum B*stard Tits S*it Piss)
