Now then!
Am posting this ahead of any pics cos everytime I've tried to attach a file, the system kicks me out. Like others, I don't understand the problem and resizing the pics doesn't seem to help so "Hi from a southerner who spent most of his life in Yorkshire (God's own country) on 2 wheels and now on 4 - am well into this Porshering lark and hungry for more track days. So, all those who do track days, I welcome your expertise so that I can p*** you off in my GT3 when I get the hang of it". Well, at least give you a run for your money!
Now hopefully that will wind a few of you up - I heard you get more wound up than those fellas at the alternative forum who seem to brag about what they can do but can't deliver. (Seems I just wasted 69 quid joining up to find they actually don't deliver 12 separate tracks each year as their website promises - I feel I have been conned) So I won't join you lot until you can demonstrate that you can deliver value for your 40 quid!!
Have found a good chappie offering a good deal at Cadwell next month - anyone on this forum going? See you there!
Will work on getting those pics to you......................

Hi and welcome to the forum

If you're hungry enough for track days to drive up to the midlands you can have a lot of fun for £55 - take a look here:

http://forums.tipec.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=7671

I would be interested to see "what you can deliver" in the GT3 :) and I'll sign you up to the Club whilst you're there :D

Hello. It's less than £40p/a if you join for 2 years & you get your £40 back on insurance discount. Then theres discount on parts + a lot of advice support & expertise ( But not from me  ) Probably the best annual club show with a track experience for peanuts. A magazine to rival the rest. Really it's a no brainer. Join & enjoy. :D

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

I'm sorry you've been having problems with "an alternative forum", it is indeed out of TIPEC's control to ensure what is promised is delivered by other clubs. I hope that hasn't put you off completely, and that you do eventually get value for money for your £69.
Furthermore, I cannot speak for other regions, but I can say that the East Midlands region has only got 5 track events this year, to which you are more than welcome to attend.

On Wednesday 14th April, we are joining forces with Central region at Curborough, near Lichfield (£55) - see Paul's reply.
On Saturday 17th April, we are attending "Run What You Brung" at Santa Pod in Northampthonshire (£35).
On Sunday 9th May, we are at Prescott for their famous Prescott Hill Climb (£46).
On Friday 10th September, we are at Abingdon for a track day (£125).

Oh, and the fifth track event is Slot car racing (Scalextric) on Friday 5th March - track event miniature-style!! (£5)

As well as these, we are travelling to the Le Mans classic in July, and some are going to Le Mans 24 hours in June.

Please feel free to attend any of the events, where Paul has said you would be made most welcome and encouraged to join

I'm sure you will manage to p*** people off watching them in your mirrors, and I'd certainly like to see it. I'll probably be in an SC, so I'll just let you go - sorry.
