You can buy pistons on their own but they 'ain't cheap. I bought some a few years ago for a 7 & they were around £20 each then! And that was for Girling which'll be cheaper than the ATE type calipers. Why do yours need replacing, are they rusted? If it's light then wet & dry it off until smooth. If it is deeply pitted then try the breakers for another complete calliper or two & try that if an OPC quotes stupid money for a piston.
